He comes to Frontage Property Management and Arden branded properties over 28 years in sales, marketing, hospitality, and management background. Known as the “go to guy” to create and build relationships his Hobbies and Specialties include organization and individual excellence with a focus on a team build approach to maintain, create, lease up and sustain community integrity in the real estate market. His creative problem solving and maximizing talent with a “develop from within mentality” maybe the most obvious virtues and ability to see a big picture for team and organizational growth to achieve all team related goals.
Claudia B. Property Manager
With over 15 years of extensive experience in real estate management, Claudia is a dedicated professional overseeing day-to-day operations at the main office, applying her knowledge and skills to maximize the performance of the entire portfolio. Claudia is instrumental in consulting with property managers and maintenance crews across different properties. She takes a hands-on approach, stepping in as needed to provide support and guidance, ensuring that the highest management standards are consistently applied to all rental properties, especially those comprising multifamily units.

In the downtime, David enjoys sports and spending time with his family and new fiancé; travelling and sightseeing across the country and globe.
